The apartment is fully equipped for your stay.  In the community there are two large swimming pools open all year round and immense well-kept botanical gardens.  You can go directly to the beach from the community of Mi Capricho.  The location is perfect, since the apartment is close to everything and you can walk to bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, banks, bus stops, etc.

This apartment is rented per night or week in the summer months and in the winter months it can be rented either per night or week or for a monthly price (plus electricity and water).  The winter months are from October to March.
